- Power’s Out: Under amped power can’t handle the band. Know your power needs.
- Traffic Jam: Too many vendors arrive to load in at the same time. Create a schedule.
- Party Lag: No drunk wedding guests, please. Limit the time between events as much as possible.
- Money Wasted: Wedding favors are too big and get left behind. Think small and transportable.
- Rain, Rain, Go Away: You can’t control the weather. Be prepared with cute matching umbrellas to keep guests (and wedding party) dry.
- Photo Flop: Photographer misses taking pictures of your favorite people. Hire them for the rehearsal dinner, too, so they know your key players.
- Oops, It Rained: A light sprinkle can ruin your table linens. Be sure to have extras on-hand.
- Grandma Needs a Seat: Standing room only at the cocktail hour can be frustrating for older guests. Some (reserved) seating is a must.
