Babies Grow! Shop for the Future

When giving clothes for a new baby, think “older.” In other words, so many people give newborns clothes in the tiniest sizes, newborn to three months and three to six months. Those babies are better dressed than they will be at any other time in their lives—but they grow so incredibly quickly. Think about clothing in twelve-month or eighteen-month sizes—even toddler size two. The clothes may seem really big to the new mom and dad when they first see them, but after a few months of growing out of too-small infant clothes, they will be truly grateful. And don’t forget to send along a little gift to the sibling. That usually is MOST appreciated.
